Investment advice for new grads

I'm a new grad that just got my first job as a SWE. I want to jump in and learn the basics of how to invest and grow my finances. Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated! TC: 93.5 (Atlanta, GA)

Thanks for the advice! As for your side note, Yes it's TC. TC is actually much higher in the bay area, that's why I put in parentheses that I'm in the Atlanta, Georgia office. So there's a cost of living differential to take into account.

Max your 401K...if you can. Max your ESPP, if you can. Have a strategy to sell your ESPP and diversity your investments. Make use of the free financial education provided by your company.
