I started investing 4 years ago but only close to 25% of 1 million. How are people making so much money their NW is 5M 10M? What is this NW going to help with? Retire sooner? I live a decent life, a decent size house, and an old car. 180K TC. 8+ YOE COL is 13% higher than the national average

Don’t forget, it’s not solely what you make, but what you’re invested in. Some folks struck gold with QQQ, BTC, single stock plays and leveraged ETFs. Can’t give you a percentage of how many people fall into this category, but it’s definitely a contributing factor for a good chunk of folks here.
