Investment tips for a university student?

I recently opened a Robinhood account, and am wondering what are some good investment tips? I currently put around $1000 cash into it, and bought a bit of amazon, square and fb stocks. If I am mainly investing with a long term goal, should I be putting most of my money into etfs like qqq or vanguard? Or should I also buy some google, Apple other big tech companies etc. I’m not looking to do options or shorting. Thanks!

You should do etfs and not spend any time thinking about it. You’ll make way more money by studying to get a good job instead of the gains on a small investment

Already have quant/unicorn internships, parents say tc itself isn’t enough and need to get into investing

Awesome! Investing is good for long term I just meant that you shouldn’t spend time thinking about it. Put it in an etf and forget it.

No, it's not legit. It's a huge bubble
