Is 180k base pay too low for a Texas-based L6/L7 designer @Square?
I've been underpaid my whole life. Trying to correct that, but I still don't know if I underasked when talking to the recruiter about compensation. #tech #salary
How much in RSUs?
350k over 4yrs
$280k TC in Texas. Is like almost $360k TC in SF. Whatβs your YOE?

That would be pretty solid for L6. Not sure about L7 exactly
I think I'd expect RSUs to be more than 350/4 though
Should I push for 500?
