Yeah plenty of roles at the staff level that will pay that. Hard to crack the interview though and you need specialized skills in this market to find a matching job. At FAANG (other than Netflix all cash) you can break 300k with bonus but usually not without. At other large tech companies, you can hit 300k base but will usually have no bonus or lower equity as a trade off.
I got an offer with 210k base and 15% bonus in cash (241.5k) from Cruise with 3 YOE. Surely 300k exists somewhere.
