Almost half way there. +9% today for no apparent reason.
AMD has endured. Intel used to lead AMD but not anymore.
Intels unethical business practices over the decades have finally come back to bite them
I always like cheering for the underdog, like AMD. A company with significantly less resources overtaking a giant, amazing execution. NVDA is probably too advanced for AMD to ever catch up, but taking a small 20% share away will be magnificent to the share price imo
Not nearly as strong leading AI as NVDA, ARM, and all the software companies building it. But, there is space for AMD as the tide raises all boats.
ARM? 😂
Yea, without a doubt. With AI booming more processes will move to phone hardware and you know who leads phone chips? ARM. Plus, as devs and consumers demand generative AI closer to the device, ARM’s Cortex-XR will be just the beginning. Wait until IPO lockup period is over and dips, then invest.

Should I marry a lazy girl?
I will be rich if it does, but not holding my breath. The valuation is absurd
Does AMD give good RSU/refresher? I think just the virtue of being $NVDA's only viable competitor commands high valuation. So it's not really absurd. But if $NVDA is able to address market demand with production, or when the market is saturated with AI chips, $AMD will crash hard. Neither have materialized yet, but got to watch it closely.
Awards are okay-ish, but their value has increased a few times. I just don’t get why people are chasing here. The AI GPU will bring in $3.5b this year according to last earnings, but that’s only about one quarter of the company’s total revenue. And I guess q4 it will hit the peak run rate. I just don’t know how the math works here
