WLB is hyped up to cover up 🥜 pay. Some teams wlb are actually shit. Have been hearing some pretty harsh comments about Atlassian, while some are very nice. Is Atlassian really a nice company or it's all HR works like MS?
It would be unrealistic to expect that everyone has the same experience. My bet is that the shitlassian person is an unfortunate outlier, and that for the average person Atlassian is actually pretty nice. The WLB is decent, and the pay is decent as well.
I think Atlassian is pretty good. I interviewed but didn’t get an offer.
Bitbucket = Pissbucket. Good company tho
How does it compare to tiktok
Being at Twilio, worrying when you see their growth plans. Hope they know what they're doing.
I've been doing a lot of research on Atlassian lately and an overwhelming majority of folks that work there love it. So no, it is definitely not like Microsoft.
Comp isn’t peanuts. Maybe not Goog, Amazon or FB, but comp is pretty good. Very strong refreshers.
i dunno man, pay in india is top tier, hoping for it to be my next stop
I think Indeed pays in the similar range. So not much difference AFAIK.I could be wrong though.
close enough i guess, but no other companies have similar culture with the pay
Maybe your argument is for usa . In India they are paying the highest . Beated my Goog , Amazon and Uber offers .
DesCo any good? I've an offer from them - but tech seems like a second-hand citizen there. Not even worth the TC it feels. What has been your experience?
Can you ping me ?

What happens when most of your team is Indian?
I would love atlassian to become like microsoft. With huge number of enterprise customers and strong stock
