Is C1 Manager level in Capgemini offer
Recruiter insist it’s M1 Manager level and offer letter says C1 - Sr consultant. I like the offer but can’t go back to Sr Con. Please advice

Previously C1 and C2 were manager bands for level 1 and 2. Now C1 is Sr Consultant and C2 is Manager.

In US, B2 is Senior Cons. & C1 is Manager. In India C1 is Senior Cons and C2 is Manager

I had joined Cap US at C2 level. They were calling manager. :)
Is it for india? I worked for Capgemini Netherlands and was D1. D1 is “managing consultant” in NL and “Senior Manager” in India. I think C2 is manager in India, if I remember correctly
