Is Coinbase a good company to join?
A Coinbase recruiter reached out to me. I personally think that it's a fragile business focused on a single thing (crypto). This can backfire if government regulations change or if there is a massive downfall in crypto. With above said, I think the product is good, but I have read things about bad culture and engineering going on right now. But I want honest opinions It will be a good TC bump for me, but I am afraid about bad wlb, culture, and toxic managers who are in a race everyday. Is it true? no doubt. but I am chill with my life here. I barely work 25 hours a week which allows me to live my life nicely. I don't really care about money. I do care about personal growth though. Last thing I want is getting a toxic manager and 60 hour weeks.
Then you probably shouldn't be looking at high growth companies
