fwiw I got L5a at 2.5 yoe, took G L4 instead. Uber offer was higher at the time but G is higher now.

Yes it is. Also someone from Uber mentioned in another thread that they’re renaming 5b to staff. The title is almost always a misnomer. You want to calibrate scope against other people at the same level. A massive fraction of “senior” G/Meta engineers have like 4-5 YOE and are lower on the (wide) senior band.

Why better upside potential? Analysts have been saying that for 10 years and the stock is stagnant.
I only meant to say that if it goes back to 50+ per share you can make a fortune. Which is not impossible. Big drop is also an opportunity. They are not going anywhere unlike peloton.
