Is Google Anti-racism Training real?
Was seeing reports today about "forced" anti-racism training at Google. Are the claims true? White supremacy pyramid, etc.
Fiction. There is no mandatory "anti-racism" training. What we *do* have is mandatory 60-minute annual anti-harassment training stemming from a 2018 legal settlement (use your favorite search engine).

They aren't forced but I guess that if your team has a lot of ideologically possessed people, you will get peer pressured into it.
It’s only “forced” if you are a manager or employee who has been reported for insensitive comments. A guy said something along the lines of knowing who the real engineers were and was rightfully so reported.

Then why the longest serving Sr VP named Amit something was involved in harassing a female there .. it was also in the news article or the training does not apply to Sr VP ..lol
There is no forced training
