Is Google becoming Microsoft?
Seems like almost all of the complaints about lowball offers are coming from L4/L5 Google equivalent roles Just like Microsoft where they pay crap for mid level and senior level roles but more competitively for other levels
Saying G pay crap would be a stretch. I received both M and G offers and M gave up almost 60k lower than what G offered. G pays incredibly well and it can be seen especially with folks from non-FANG to G. Cross FANG jumps is where I see here on Blind that seems like pushing the limits.

No even close. Do you see Microsoft expand so fast in India? Google is the next Infosys

Google india interview is lc legendary difficulty. I dont see how this compares to infosys
