Is Google offer still valid for one year? Also how about LinkedIn
Already accepted one offer from company X earlier(as I don't have other choices at that time) and plan to onboard around October. I just finished my LinkedIn and Google interview this week and I think I'm doing okay. If I get offer from L/G, can I accept it, stay at company X for half year then join L/G? I was told verbally by the recruiter the offer had no expiration but when I got the the actual offer letter, it had a 5 day expiration. I didn’t clarify, but I assume that means the hiring committee’s recommendation to hire and your interview results are good for a year and you could team match again, but since the actual offer letter is for a specific team and details, that team isn’t going to sit around waiting forever, or they’d have to generate a new offer letter.
