I would say it depends on which team. I would admit that culture and wlb took a hit, but what company didn't? Asking blind will 100% get you a negative response. Lots of cry babies from LinkedIn here that want their 10-20 hour work weeks back.

There’s other companies that did layoffs and cranked up the pressure like Meta. Meta actually PAYS you for this though. LI has all of the downsides and none of the upsides. Literally the only saving grace is MSFT stock — which they are now extremely stingy with.
