Is LinkedIn hiring?
I’m an L4 at Snap looking for a switch as soon as possible. I worked at Google & Microsoft before, got offers from Amazon & Facebook and not looking to join any of the above I’m interested in Linkedin (I passed the phone screen before but paused the onsite), just wondering if it’s hiring for Staff positions. TC: 400k YOE: 4.75
4.75 yoe getting staff? So fancy, i had to spend triple times to get senior haha

@Microsoft: Do you know anything about LinkedIn and Snap leveling to begin with? If it took you 14 years to get to Senior, you’re grossly incompetent. Many friends of mine got from L59 to L63 at Microsoft within 4-5 years.
What was your daily or weekly schedule in terms of upskilling to level up your career fast? Did you do something like an hour of leetcode a day, studying up on system design on the weekends? Any advice would be greatly appreciated
One leetcode problem a day won’t cut it, if you want fast results, you need to be intense. I restudied all the interview topics in depth and had a competitive programmer friend pushed me to do LC hards and provided realtime feedback for 2-3 times a week. I also did a lot of paid mock SD interviews with 2 different L6 engineers at least once each week. It was a 9 month grind of 12-14 hours a day
That’s very motivating to hear. It’s easier to know that to succeed quickly, you need to brute force it, no shortcuts.
LinkedIn might hire staff engineers. Just wait for 10 days. Use those 10 days to apply elsewhere as well. Is snap hiring? Can you refer?
