Only few ppl come in to office in my team. I don’t think it is helping me at all. Also there are very few women in my org. How to handle this and work for promo ? TC 200k
No, but it’s good for your company and your boss’ career.
Yeah, if you're a dude you might want to look someplace else for a date.
It’s way easier to build relationships in person rather than remote. Even if your direct team isn’t coming in, if any of the people your manager report to are there then it’s definitely helpful to get closer with them
How is few woman being in office gonna help you
He's a creeper
I think RTO to some extent is beneficial but definitely no point of 5 days in office anymore (2-3 days makes the most sense), better for socialising and networking being in office imo
it's better for new in career people to not RTO so that they develop the skills needed in future. RTO for meeting and develop connections is old school and relying on that early in career is gonna make you learn boomer shit. start with wfh for initial few years.
What a twisted view. Corporations want college grads to learn from the adults that's why they want the newbies in the office.
It is not good for you, especially if you are early in your career.
Yes I am new and young
Might be good for a year or two to see how more experienced people do things. After that, one should be able to get to senior level on their own. Being in office should help with career after that but do you need to progress your career after that?
