Is Salesforce having a hiring freeze?
I recently received an email from a Salesforce recruiter regarding a software engineering job position in the Bay Area. However, I heard that Salesforce announced a hiring freeze. I am feeling confused and would appreciate it if someone from Salesforce can confirm whether there is a hiring freeze or not.
The recruiter will tell you to keep in touch😂 I just had a call with them this week.

Probably only hiring for AI related jobs given that plus at the end?
Yes, there is a hiring freeze. There are always exceptions for specific roles/teams, but it sounds like that's not one of them. The recruiter is likely telling the truth.

OP did not say recruiter told him there’s a freeze - he said he heard.. Did recruiter actually say there was a freeze? End of FY there are always shifting dynamics.
I heard one org is still hiring but most of the orgs have the HF
