Is Salesforce levels.fyi data outdated?
I have recently heard multiple friends getting 400k+ offers for LMTS and 500k+ offers for PMTS. But according to levels.fyi, median for LMTS is 292k and for PMTS is 381k. Can people from Salesforce comment? Also, just as a note people who got these offers also had L5/L6 offers from fb, Uber, Pinterest etc. Is it that Salesforce lowballs in the beginning to everyone but can potentially beat other competing offers? Yup. But still the median is low when compared to other companies at levels.fyi! This is what intrigues me.
LMTS 240/450/50 is feasible
Yes. For the right candidate, with decent YOE, specially with multiple offers, Salesforce can go pretty decent. 400+ for LMTS, 500+ for PMTS and 600+ for Architect is totally possible.
Please show more love to this post! I feel Salesforce has a lot of engineers but their data is not as comprehensive when compared to google, fb, Microsoft, Uber etc.
Salesforce engineers are relatively older and don’t bother looking at levels.fyi
Yes for PMTS you can go upto 550k easily with strong counter offer
