I am currently interviewing for a data insights specialist role at Spectrum (Stamford, CT) and I believe I should be able to land a role there pretty soon. I saw some really bad comments about the company here on Blind in terms of work culture and management attitude towards employees. Would appreciate if someone (current or former employee) could shed some light and answer some specific questions. 1) how bad is the culture? Any specific details would be helpful? 2) Growth opportunities? How often do promotions take place? 3) Is compensation commensurate with industry? Annual raise etc? Bonus or other benefits that the company offers? Anything I need to know when it comes to negotiating salary package? 4) How well regarded is the brand? #dataanalytics #datascience #data

Who are these retards asking for dictatorship in India?
I love my job at Spectrum, but I'm out of Denver. I think the culture in Denver is very different than Stamford (Stamford is pretty old school from my understanding). Annual bonus for you would likely be 10%. For branding, it's a cable / telecommunications company and well regarded in the telcom industry, but it's certainly not a FANG...
