Currently @ SB. There are a lot of intelligent people on my team, specifically over 20+ data individuals. There is a lot of data that SB holds and it actually plays an integral part in the operations of Starbucks as a company. Without this data, we wouldn’t be able to innovate or grow. Anyway, we have a lot of ex-FAANGs here and I believe there is a good reason. Culture and WLB is amazing — came from FAANG — and pay isn’t too far off other tech companies. I referred a couple FAANG employees and I guess SB has been hit with hundreds of applicants, unfortunately none have made it in yet but I’m hopeful. Feel free to DM with any questions
