VP+ got millions in refreshers, execs in multi millions, while the company is cutting on meagre benefits on employees and almost no hikes compared to the inflation. Overall morale is down to the seabed. Most good talents have either already left or would leave at the next good opportunity they get. To be a junkyard soon with only YES men drinking cool-aids.
