Currently hold 1.2 Million in various coins. Cold storage the best bet? I frequently lose flash drives? Also are my assets safe generally in Washington State. If so what wallet do I use and where do I put them? TC 410k #Coinbase #Gemini
Diversity across several hardware wallets. For 1.2 million I would get at least 6.
I mean, does your wife know about the coins?
She zones out when I talk about them. I was going to take her to the moon, now I'm just taking her to court
@OP 💀💀💀
Washington is a community property state. Unless you have a prenup specifically outlining these assets they belong to the community and you need to split the community equally.
She said I can keep my stupid dog themed coins. I don't think she realizes they're valuable
I would recommend hiring an attorney rather than posting here because you would have attorney - client privilege. I would also delete this post if I were you.
The correct answer to this question is: “what fucking magic coins?” Do I look like a god damn leprechaun Karen?
You sound like a moron
Won’t the courts see bank transactions for the purchase of such coins, then just tear you a new one for trying to hide assets?
They'd be in cold storage. The accounts would be empty
How did you buy them in the first place?
pile everything into NFTs and then when she tries to convince the judge that all your money is in pictures of apes you can convince the judge she’s a raving lunatic and get everything you ask for in the judgement
@OP crypto and wallets are not as foolproof as you think if a divorce attorney comes to know about it. https://xkcd.com/538/
The IRS is going to raid your house and shoot your dog. Just split your assets like a normal person.
shooting his dog is not a smart idea. OP is going to hunt down the entire IRS after
I don't have a dog. I do have a wife
