Yes no more sponsorship starting this year. All part of cost cutting. Why, You on visa?
wait please tell me you're trolling
No, this is real I was in team matching when this came into effect, and I’m still waiting to be matched Recruiter says they are evaluating since “some policies” have changed, been a week, yet to hear back
They're switching to subsidiaries in those countries where they start branches of the company there and then they don't have to pay them American salaries. Why pay Ranjesh an American salary? Thats losing the entire point of having low cost labor.
It’s Rajesh
Just grab a handful of letters out of a Scrabble bag and throw them on the table.
There's no reason pajeet or pajeeta should even be here. One of the 300 million Americans can surely do the job
You wake up every morning hating immigrants while wagging your tail to rules raid down to by your immigrant CEO, ouch.
That’s not possible
I assume that’s for new H1b’s subject to cap? That makes sense - that’s a lottery ticket and fewer people get it every year. They’re probably not gonna fire all L6s who have been here on visa for decades
Fuck google
You cant sponsor if laying off people
Common sense?
Satya hasn't done shit beyond cost cutting. Indians can't innovate
Care to provide your credentials?
chat is this real???
