I am planning on switching, but all these companies I see have 2+ years of experience in oop. Jet used f# and is now switching to java, but most of my experience is in f#. Scared to apply because not sure if I'll get any calls back
No one cares about Language you know. As long as you are good at Algorithms and Data structures. That is good enough.

It wont open any special doors or help you skip any screens, but you will have a fighting chance like most other engineers in a hot market
