Is it a bad thing when a VP leaves a Startup?
Our Division VP from my Series F funded Saas Startup (not Qualtrics) just quit on the spot today after about 4 years on the job. I am worried that this may be a bad sign for our Startup?

Plus - it’s been four years and that’s a decent time to make and impact and move on Minus - if they left in the middle of something big Minus - if they didn’t go to a much better opportunity Minus - if people are like chickens in the dark after they left

Depends .. if that VP was sh** then it’s good overall.
This dude was fucking good. His ideas and tactics were legendary to the development of our department.
