In school I took exams through the student disabilities office but there is not quite an analogue for it.
There are laws impacting the workplace for people with disabilities. If the company doesn’t want to comply, disclosing ruins your hire chances. Better to know up front than later If company is pro disabled, it gives you a leg up on bring diverse.
