Is it a good move to EPAM?
Hi, i got an offer from epam systems ...at present I am in R&D devops/platform lead..epam offeris lead cloud Engineer...thinking about wlb and projects etc...now it's good wlb since we are RnD core... Offer TC: Base: 38lpa Joining bonus: 2 lakhs Current TC: Base: 27lpa Stock: 6k usd/3 yrs YOE:11 Please suggest

low balled offer..for 11 yoe it seems way too low. it should have been 45+ atleast. Know someone with 4 yoe having 30+. try for other companies
