Is it a good time to Join Qualtrics

I have got offer from Qualtrics just recently. L6 TC: 220K - 170K base 50K stocks I would like to know, if this is a good time to Join Qualtrics. I am worried if Qualtrics is over subscribing to employee count and end up in disaster.

No. SAP influence is really starting to come into effect and nobody is happy about it here. The most talented engineers are abandoning ship while the Q brand still means something.

Haven’t really seen much abandoning, on the contrary number of L6 engineers have grown from like 5 to 35 in last 18 months!

Is L6 staff? If so that is really low

Yes. I am based in Provo area unlike seattle

Oh okay then, that makes more sense.

Seems it’s in a good spot. They’re building a new building in downtown Seattle.

Ok. That’s good to know. Thanks.

It’s one of the best offers you’re going to get in the provo area. (This is true for L3-4 so I assume it’s true for L5+.) I certainly don’t see disaster any time soon on the horizon because SAP spent a shitload of money buying us pretty recently and they’ll prop us up for a while. That said I think our super growth days are mostly behind us, and the work is kinda boring. We could use more people like you in Provo though, there are only a very small handful of L6 engineers in this office. We’re pretty much full of new grads so there’s not much by way of technical leadership

It's so good to see Qualtrics growing. I recently interviewed at Qualtrics and all the people I met seemed so nice. I can sense a good culture.
