Great culture. Probably the best I have ever seen. A lot of growth opportunity too. If Zillow offers product goes well, you are signing up for a success.
SF has a pretty different culture from the HQ, so make sure you get input from people who actually have experience working in SF. Lots of different teams there with different dynamics too.
What is the work culture like in Vancouver?
A cohesive team where people support one another. Good culture. Interesting technical work. Challenge: it's a small team so fewer opportunities to get promoted than at most Zillow offices.
Be mindful of the team. I regret coming to my current team. It’s ok if you have kids and have different priorities but if you want to learn/have impact/work at fun stuff, that won’t happen at certain teams, mine’s boring!
