So you just don’t eat protein, got it.
Don’t you get tired of eating the same thing everyday?
Isnt chipotle $10 a bowl. so look for much better options. two meals at chipotle will atleast be $20 a day and avg monthly $600 to just feed one human. we live in a bigger household and my families monthly grocery bills come somewhere arnd 600-750 for 7 adults.
$15-20 these days
If you have one meal a day, maybe
Absolutely if you are single. Cooking is only worth it for families as groceries are extremely expensive right now. Prices at Whole Foods are sky high.
Then don't shop at Whole Foods for everything? You can bulk prep/freeze and meal prep
Yeah, bulk, feeeze, meal prep. Basically eating microwaved frozen food. 🙄 the sad thing is that you will STILL not beat $10 a meal and you don't need more than 2 meals a day if you aren't a fatass. If I'm buying groceries I eat the food within 1-2 days of purchase.
Cheaper in the short term, but much more expensive in long run cuz eating that shit everyday will put you in a hospital https://scrippsnews.com/amp/stories/forever-chemicals-found-in-chipotle-annie-s-fairlife-and-more-foods/
The guy was eating chipotle every day for multiple years and he did his blood test and it was looking good
with those oil used in chipotle, are you not considering the hospital bill.
No
