I’m considering accepting my Bloomberg new grad offer but I’ve heard there’s lots of proprietary software but a few teams with modern stacks. As someone interested in C++, Python, Go, and JS, will it be hard to join a team working on modern things? #bloomberg

You will have a lot of choice in the team you get on They will essentially reverse job fair you and teams will pitch why you should join them, you will then pick your top 2 or 3 and usually be able to get one of your preferred choices.
I’ve never used a referral for any of my jobs personal so I’m not really confident on their effectiveness Also as with most companies with a lot of roles if you apply and fail that interview loop but they still see you as a strong candidate you can be considered for other teams sure.
