They used to produce goat single playergames and i loved every single one of them i still play startcraft, warcraft 3, and diablo 2 till this date. When i got my hands on diablo 3 recently i felt disappointed with its cartoon-ish graphic and didn’t even play through the entire game. Its is me growing up or blizzard’s quality went downhill?
Blizzard died once they got acquired
It all went to shit after they made that panda fucking expansion. That marked the end of an era of incredible storytelling and gameplay.
They've honesty only had a few successes, wow, which they milked for decades, and maybe hs. Sc and wc3 only got popular because they got lucky with Korea. Everything else was garbage.
Sc1 and wc3 were masterpieces. Korea did have something to do with it but those were world class games
Diablo 3 wasn’t too bad imo after they fixed all the real money auction house crap.
rmah was the only fun thing about d3
One of the saddest stories in my opinion. That company used to produce magic. I wish Activision would recognize and foster that instead of trying to go the COD route with everything. I guess money is money and when you think you can make it cheaper you just do that
It was my dream to join blizzard as a game developer but not anymore...
Yep, I remember I wrote to them for a fifth grade assignment

Activision is to blame
Activision left Blizzard alone for 10 years until they started redlining. It’s not their fault
