Is it okay to Switch from HCL Technologies to a EdTech Company (10 - 50) employees
Background: I have a total of 2+ years of Internship experience in Data Science, Big Data, ML with Edtech companies like Analytics Vidhya, GeeksforGeeks etc. The company offering the position is with which I interned for more than 1 year and doing freelancing with. They are telling to join them full-time. Position offered: Associate Data Engineer TC: Rs 7-8 lakhs Location: Bangalore (Permanent Remote) Current Position with HCL Position: Software Engineer (GET) TC: Rs 4 lakhs Location: Noida (WFO) Also, doing freelancing alongside earning approximately Rs 40-45K monthly.
