Im quite fit..just a little beer belly.. weight 148lbs..height 5 10".. I will be doing workout on my own..No trainer.. is it possible? Has anyone done it? TC : 150k..2 years
Prepare to be misserable and watch every single calorie you eat.
At 148 5/10 you likely are a little flabby without much muscle. I would focus on adding muscle to get to at least 180. If you add 30 pounds of muscle without much fat you will look great even without getting a “six pack” per se.

Pick up a Paleo cookbook. Stuff your face, lift weights 4-5 times a week, repeat. Know a guy who lost 40 pounds of fat and put on nearly that much in muscle over a year or so doing that.
The faster you get the faster you loose. Maintaining will be a consistent effort.
