Is it possible to get an higher base in amzn now that they raised the cap
Hi I accepted an offer from amazon last week for a base capped at 160k + 250k rsu +200k cash incentive. Now that Amazon has raised the cap to 350k, should i call my recruiter and reneg? Or is that not worth it?

Mid level role caps didn't go up tremendously. You can ask, but your TC is already in the new bands

The new band is factored in your offer (most likely). You are better off sticking to the mix you have so they will bump your base in the future based on performance.

Well they had sent an email offer and i responded i accept it. Not sure if there is a more formal signing process. The h1 vuda transfer has been initiated.
