Is it too soon to switch jobs?
I was with ADP for 7 years and moved to a statup beginning of this year. It got shutdown because of funding issue in few months. Now I am with another startup. I started practicing leetcode few months back. Does it look bad if i start applying for FAANG? TC - 160k + RSU YOE-12
Never too soon. A friend of mine switched jobs and joined another startup after 6 months. And as you are moving from a startup i believe it’s always in your favor, if you don’t like the job or the culture or anything doesn’t feel right.. always move .. be happy in wherever you are ..
Even if you start applying now doesn’t mean you’ll get the job soon.
