Is it true that Microsoft does diversity hiring the most?
I know a lot of tech companies practice diversity hiring whether for good or bad reason. But I read somewhere that Microsoft does it the most and they give incentives to people who participate in EXPLORE? Can anyone at microsoft elaborate?
A Cuban gentleman on Blind complained he had interviewed with Microsoft like 8 times with no offer. People from Microsoft replied that they are required to interview a minimum amount of "diverse" candidates for certain positions. Sounded like this poor guy got passed around the Microsoft hiring managers to check a box lol

Or - the gentleman was given multiple chances to make it into Microsoft but had not been a perfect fit for the roles, or wasn’t the top candidate for any of the roles. The idea of the poor guy being passed around to check a box is absurd and offensive. We don’t do shit like this.
