Is it worth it to contribute a 401k while on H1B?

Why?

Couple of reasons. 1. Employer match which gives you free money 2. You can withdraw with less penalty 10% if I remember correctly. 3. Tax advantages 4. Even if you move out of the country you can withdraw and probably dollar value might even increase further. Hope this helps
