Is it worth it to take a pay cut for remote + higher title + people management exposure?

Promo is not happening for me and I have an offer that will be fully remote, a more senior title and will give me people management experience for the first time. It’s a well known startup and I’d work closely with the CEO. Is it worth it to take a $20-$25K paycut for all of these benefits and stick it out for a year and boost the resume a bit? I’ve been stuck at the same title for 6 years (health issues and didn’t advocate for myself enough during promos)

All of these pros have significant upside well beyond the con of small % of pay lost.

That pay cut is insignificant when compared to the actual and possible gains.
