I m looking for a new job, is it worth joining companies which are ipo bound like doordash, poatmate, netskope ?

It’s worth joining any company that you think will be successful and that will bring you fulfillment regardless of stage.

If you’re question is purely around TC, you’re not gonna strike it rich joining a company that has already proven its worth in the market place

$200k TC may be not. $1M TC may be yes.

Everything depends on the offer which would depends on many factors including your experience.
