Been close to a year since I started learning Data Science. Ventured into deep learning, supervised and unsupervised learning techniques by working on projects with open source data. I haven't really attended any interview yet and targeting for Data Scientist role. What is really needed for it.. What should I prepare ? Should I include leetcode in my prep ?
Yup, for most companies I’d say. Just do the easy’s and the top 100 mediums and you should be good. Questions don’t tend to be too hard.
Is this for ml roles or more product ds
ml roles...
One coding round
I know a senior ML expert who recently made a switch, he was grinding LC for past few months.
I practiced the database questions on LC pretty hard during last round of interviewing. The rest of LC sections might help you with just general data structures and algos if you’re doing the ML engineer track, but for a product data scientist or research data scientist, probably overkill. I heard HackerRank introduced Data Science specific questions, but haven’t looked into it

As a data scientist, you should know how to make a poll.
Sounds like I need to prepare on that aspect too...can u suggest more in general ? I would highly appreciate.
