Is my profile red flagged at microsoft?
Applied to 6 roles at microsoft got ghosted by recruiters after initial call and rejected soon after. Friend referred for a role and got rejected in 3 days. Is my profile red flagged? If so when does red flag get removed? #microsoft YOE 2.5 TC 100k
YOE? YOE required for the 6 roles? There’s no way you’d get red flagged unless you did something like renege or get terminated in the past. Have you ever worked there? Sounds like, unfortunately, the typical recruiting process at most places.
No I have never worked at Microsoft before and neither was I ever offered a role.
Then it’s probably just bad luck or you don’t meet the requirements for the roles. Referrals don’t do much beyond get you past an automated screening at certain places. Try reaching out to HMs or recruiters on LinkedIn directly that list that they’re hiring.
