Is now a good time to join Meta?
Given the competition it is facing from TikTok, and the Metaverse which burns 10b and facing competition from Apple, how do you guys think of the future of Meta?

I still think the pay+refreshers are pretty competitive. Only those who joined from Sep 21-Jan 22 are the most unfortunate

Thank you. Do u mean in 5 yrs, they will definitely be eaten up by TT? I am actually not sure what’s so unique about TT, seems to me Reel or shorts have good traffic and they can generate good contents.
TT is a threat for younger user's eyes. Impacts Instagram significantly. But I'm thinking more in terms of ad revenue. Apple has chopped Meta's legs off and Android will take the head next year with their privacy and tracking changes.
Meta will continue to make $$$ for years, IG is still growing everywhere and FB is growing outside US. No long term future and bad company culture but it's worth coming here a year or two to pad your resume
