5K mortgage (3.5K interest, 1.5K principal) 4K - 2 kids daycare 3K - Miscellaneous (1K utilities, 1K groceries, 1K restaurants home delivery) TC: 300K
Can you expand more each category ?
Don’t consider Mortgage as expense(but building wealth) unless you pay high interest loan. $4k for day care expenses?
“You show me a mortgage deduction of 5K and I’ll quit my job and come work for you right now.”
Haha, isn’t that normal?
If I say it is too much, will you actually cut out any of those expenses? Then why do you ask?
I’m struggling to spend less than 15-20k a month with only 4k mortgage and no kids lol 12k per month with kids seems impossibly low in hcol
9.7k here 3.2k mortgage 2k day care 4.5k misc - food /shopping/ utilities / subscription etc
1k groceries with 1k restaurant .. that’s2k on food— that’s too much..
Dude. I spend that as a single person.
Dude.. you are also spending way too much too
That’s insane. What is it with America and food delivery/fastfood/restaurants Cook home. Use real produce. Be a human being eating food, not chemicals and over processed crap. And, if you shops wisely, you’ll be healthier, save money, reduce health care cost and look much, much, much better!!!
Woah…with mortgage and 2 kids, you are doing pretty good with 12K I would say
