It seems with the RTO push Steve is also working to clean house and salvage this company. Indians have truly ruined the culture and dynamic at Amex, it’s deplorable. I’m talking about my own company, which is no exaggeration 60-70% Indians. Not to sound like a snowflake but I have witnessed blatant sexism from male Indians towards female Indians, even in public settings like team meetings. Indian VPs and Directors have their teams meet with offshore Indians at crazy hours (9pm our time) on weekly basis, having someone “on call” during holidays, no acknowledgment or awareness of ANY tradition or culture outside of Indian/Desi.
Europeans working in Britain need a work permit, regardless of race.
