Is there an year end bonus at Oracle BMC?
Hi Team, I have been thinking about an opportunity at Oracle Seattle and wanted to know if there’s a bonus structure at Oracle. At Microsoft we get 0-30% bonus based on performance. Is there anything similar at Oracle?
Rarely any cash bonus even at BMC.
No, you get higher TC, which is like having your bonus paid over the year. It's better than getting it in 1 lump, financially.

Man Oracle's CEO might be a rich guy and might reward himself generously. But employees r just left begging for something . Now sure how the board allows it . Oracle must b the stingiest of the software company lot . We Employees get a feeling of being exploited .
I'm in BMC and got cash bonus. And salary raise and stock refresh. My total comp went up 20% in a year

Oracle ppl shd start comments by saying if they are bmc or not cuz looks like it’s day and night between those. Wud help others understand better
