Risks - 1) Companies like Walmart and target are posting good profits. This is attacking retail side of amazon. 2) AWS has the kubernets risk - people can easily migrate apps from AWS to google cloud or Azure. Queries - 1) What is the USP for Amazon that will make it grow ? 2) Should one sell amazon now and wait for a bear market to make further investments in amazon ?

Retail business itself runs on thin ice ans retailer is exception to this
Amazon will start to crumble as others catch up. Long term Amazon will do awesome but short terms is going to be painful.
sounds like someone asking for answers to interview questions
Nah man. Not interviewing. Thinking of investment options
If you think these are Amazon interview questions, youβre mistaken. The entire interview is strictly about leadership principles. Most rigorous day Iβve ever had.

How is management able to keep focus on such a diversified portfolio?
L10s are mini CEOs. L8s are equivalent to C level or VP execs at smaller companies. In my org an L6 or L7 manager has larger scope than what many other even bigtech companies call a Director.
They started destinations and closed after 6 months..what pot r u smoking? Amazon will crash once they stop cooking books.
USP = Jeff Bezos !
End of the day you just have to look for iron discipline and exceptional work ethic, go figure which CEO has it all, and also bold enough to spend more R and D money without giving an f about wall Street. As long as Amazon keeps experimenting there's just no way that it'll go down. Only a fool uses a straw man argument to point one or two failures. Point is there's a tremendous learning experiences, via negativa from experiments. Out of a 100 experiments, you only need a good one to return π― π― X value.
Well said
I heard somewhere that Amazon will enter into Pharma and transportation.
I read a news they hired some star cardiologist...
