Is this a good offer?

Hi I've been offered a job at Amazon in NYC as a consultant. The role name is "Associate Cloud Developer" but is set to change upon completing training and pretty much I'll be a consultant doing either DevOps, App Dev or Cloud Infra Architecting work upon my decision. I'm trying to think if I should accept and move to Amazon. Reasons why I'm enticed to the offer is because Amazon HQ2 is coming to NYC so I feel there will be opportunity for growth. Also during my interviews everyone had positive feedback on Amazon (AWS) as a place to work at. I don't really know the levels at Amazon but I've been offered a base of 120K. A cash bonus of 27K for Y1 and 22K for Y2 plus 48 shares (not sure what that means in terms of an amount). The base salary is already way more than what I currently make. I would just like to know of this is a good offer or not. I've been working since 2012 but didnt graduate college since 2015. Been doing cloud consulting work at MSFT for 3.5 years at this point and I also just completed my master's degree. I'm set to receive my diploma by Feb I believe. Any insights are appreciated. Just trying to figure out what my next move should be.
