Is this email from Microsoft real?

I applied to a job on the Microsoft careers site and got an email from a recruiter today asking me to fill out a questionnaire for the hiring manager. Is this normal? The email is from an @microsoft.com email address and the job number matches the job I applied for. I also saw that the last updated day in the MSFT careers action center was today. The red flags I see are 1)The recruiter's email has a v- prefix before his name (v-firstnamelastname@microsoft.com) 1) the recruiter's email signature says he is an employee of DISYS but he doesn't have a linkedin profile. He is also not listed on the site and has a super generic name (like John Smith, which is something scammers do). DISYS is a real company but he isn't listed on their about us page. He also is a part of the GTA Engineering department which is a strange name to give to a department 2) The questionnaire has some pretty bizarre questions like: - My full name, address and phone number, which I already filled out on when applying for the job (why do they need this info again?) -Are you willing to relocate if necessary?  If yes, will you require assistance? If you require assistance, are you a renter or a homeowner? (why do they care if I rent or own?) -Are you subject to any con-competition, non-disclosure, or other agreements that would preclude or restrict your employment at Microsoft? (misspelled non-competition, usually a sign of a scam) -Regarding compensation, what are you looking for in your next opportunity? (weird that they would ask me this question before a phone screen) #microsoft

I filled out something similar after the phone screen. But not before.

V-email@msft means the recruiter is contractor, it’s normal. Also they asked me to fill out something similar, so fill your expectations accordingly when you get the offer they will be based on the numbers you provided here

Bro, your own company sounds like a scam version of Amazon.

They care if you rent or own because if you need to relocate, selling your house is a much bigger hurdle. If you rent, they can just pay to break your lease
