This house came on market few week or a month ago on Wednesday and got sold that same evening in all cash offer. I was supposed to go see this on Thursday. So here is what happened i think: a flipper bought it and now it is summer they put it in market. This is sakamoto area of 95123 and it is priced for bidding, any serious buyer know it is > 1.7 easily
